Aura is a cost-free service for both hosts and attendees, focusing on event-centered social networking. It aims to eliminate the need for extensive messaging to find like-minded individuals, avoid high fees from event planners and VIP hosts, and steer clear of doubtful sugar daddy websites. Hosts are required to provide basic event details like date, time, location, desired guests, and cost coverage before sharing the event with the Aura community or sending customized invites.

Respecting user privacy is a top priority for Aura. Users have the convenience of deleting their profiles quickly without any unnecessary delays or complications. Furthermore, all messages within the app auto-delete after 30 days.
